Provides young athletes an opportunity to learn how to train, while also increasing the young athletes confidence as they develop proper body mechanics, balance and running technique. Rookies develop core strength while also learning how to perform basic resistance training with body-weight exercises.
A developmental program progresses athletes to a more advanced athletic movement with increased emphasis of power and acceleration, age-appropriate weightlifting, and overall movement quality. While also developing the athletes awareness of balance, flexibility, and reaction.
Acceleration and Agility Camp
Refunds for athlete fees may be made upon receipt of a written request by the parent or guardian of a athlete unable to finish the program due to an injury and will be pro-rated accordingly
The written request for refund must include a doctor’s verification of the injury
