Neo, designed to provide a foundation for coordination and athleticism. Provides young athletes an opportunity to learn how to train, while also increasing the young athletes confidence as they develop proper body mechanics, balance and running technique. Rookies develop core strength while also learning how to perform basic resistance training with body-weight exercises.
